The SpringVault Application has been designed to transform the relationship between citizens and the public sector from a ‘one to many’ relationship between citizens and public sector agencies to one that is a ‘one to one’ relationship - with SpringVault acting as the citizens ‘aggregator / facilitator’.
In common with all of our applications, the starting point for its design was the need to resolve complex legal and technical data sharing challenges.
Consequently, the SpringVault application embeds a unique set of functionality that enables citizens to manage explicit data sharing consents. This powerful service enables public sector agencies to transcend complex data sharing legislation. Citizens and the public sector can negotiate value exchanges that trade data sharing permissions in return for more coordinated, seamless service delivery.
From a technology perspective the solution is delivered from our secure, ISO27001 accredited data centre and access to SpringVault is through a secure web application.

By storing service relationships, the SpringVault application provides a mechanism through which citizens can notify multiple teams of changes to their circumstances. In addition, the solution also provides a mechanism

through which service teams can disseminate data (e.g. public health messages) or request data (e.g. health assessment data).
Virtual care networks
SpringVault allows users to authorise ‘surrogate users’ to have access to their account. In effect enabling service teams to establish direct relationships with informal carers and 3rd sector organisations. In addition this capability also helps to address digital exclusion challenges.
Data sharing consent management
The SpringVault application enables citizens and public sector agencies to negotiate explicit data sharing consents. This functionality enables citizens to receive more treamlined and better targeted services and

public sector agencies to streamline their internal business processes - delivering improved efficiencies.
Citizen data capture
SpringVault allows users to capture health and safety related data, users can then decide to share this data with informal and formal care networks through explicit data sharing protocols.In summary
